Title company brand identity + website design

Hywater Title is a title company based in Middle Tennessee. The founding team at Hywater approached Honeycomb as they were preparing to launch seeking to bring their vision to life. Jami and Jim wanted to stand out among more traditional title companies. They brought me ideas of a big vision that extends into education and networking within the real estate space. I designed a brand identity that reflects their long-term vision and is visually striking along with a website that blends minimalist design and inviting messaging. Throughout the Brand in a Week process, I developed messaging that reflected their approach in the title market: personable, inviting and industry-leading.
